When should I replace the brush head — how do I know it's worn out?
When should I replace the brush head — how do I know it's worn out?
The brush head is designed to last many months under regular use. Visually inspect it monthly: if you see any splaying, unraveling, or deformation of the coil wire, replace the head immediately. A worn coil that has started to deform is the only circumstance where wire separation could theoretically occur. Fresh heads are inexpensive, click in without tools, and take 5 seconds to swap. We recommend keeping a spare in your grill kit so you're never caught without one. Replacement heads are available on our website.
How do I clean the brush head safely between uses?
How do I clean the brush head safely between uses?
After each use, hold the brush head under warm running water and run the motor on low speed for 10–15 seconds. The spinning action combined with water pressure flushes out any grease, carbon particles, or debris trapped in the coil. Shake off excess water and store upright. Do NOT use bleach, harsh detergents, or chemical degreasers on the brush head — they are unnecessary and will degrade the steel finish over time. Water alone is all you need.
